Decagon Delivery Policy:

We currently deliver across Bangladesh and provide home delivery service. Our shipping partners are Pathao, Redx, and Steadfast Courier. 

Inside Dhaka:

Delivery Time: 1- 2 working days

Delivery Charge: 70 BDT

Outside Dhaka:

Delivery Time: 2-3 Working days

Delivery Charge: 130 BDT

Note: 

1. ● Your parcel may be delivered near the popular area, bazar, college, and Union Parishad if you live outside the Dhaka Metropolitan area. 
2. ● Delivery time will be calculated after your order has been confirmed. If you’re facing any issues with delivery, or delivery policy feel free to contact us.

Decagon Return Policy:

If you’re facing any of the following conditions, you’re able to free return request.

1. 1. Products with Major manufacturing defects.
2. 2. Products damaged during delivery. (Only applicable if you claim in front of the delivery man)
3. 3. Receive the Wrong product, size, or color
4. 4. Product lost during delivery

1. ● If you found any of them in the product(s) please let us know within 3 days for the replacement, we will take the initiative within a very short period.
2. ● If you want to return the products due to changing your mind or other reasons, please pay the delivery charge to the delivery man and return the products without unboxing products.
3. ● If you want to exchange after receiving the products due to mind change or other reasons, and that doesn’t match the above conditions, you have to bear the Return charge and re-delivery charge.
